The DSCS management team ensure all engineers are rigorously trained by a support level engineer, with the assistance of our foreign partner CENNOX UK to ensure all staff are capable of carrying out full fixes to all machine types and manufacturer.
The engineers are tasked on a first time fix and pre-emptive maintenance program, meaning that when they attend a call, they will perform a preventative maintenance inspection check and also carry out any scheduled finite life component replacements. Engineers will work in given areas and will be personally performance managed and incentivised on the availability of the ATMs within their given area.
The engineers will also be fully supported by a specialist team of third line senior engineers, each of whom are trained to a specialist level on each device.These engineers provide a centre of excellence and dedicated support for the engineers working in the field.
